My coaching is clear and direct, sometimes a little provoking but always inspired and heartfelt.
What type of coaching?
No manager should be left alone when going through tough times. Yet you as the manager’s manager know that your time is very limited. Let me assist you. With your organizations’ goals in mind and a clear roadmap outlined at the start of our collaboration I will be hand holding those who need to stop and reflect, change course or change how they respond to this change.
I draw on my experience as a senior manager in a fast growing organization. How to deal with staff issues, recruitment, suppliers, vendor management, organizational changes in an agile setting when the pace is high is my forte. I believe that the managers role is to have a clear vision, communicate boundaries, tend to the network and structures and above all work in service to those who produce results, not to manage the people within the system.
